Orders are shipped from Fukuoka, Japan, 1 to 2 days after receipt except weekends and Japanese national holidays.
Shipping times are approximate and vary widely on the destination country.
Japan Post's Airmail takes 7 to 10+ business days to the United States, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Other
countries 3+ weeks.
Japan Post's Express Mail Service (EMS) is one of the fastest and safest shipping options from Japan to the rest
of the world . Shipping time to destination country's Port of Entry is approximately 2 to 4 business days. Then,
country customs will assess duties if any (1 - 7 days) then transfer the package to the Post Office for delivery (1 - 5 days).
We always send a shipping confirmation email with Airmail or Express Mail Shipping. The EMS confirmation email has
the shipment's tracking number with link to track it.
