Comment The reddish~orange & blue ball symbols at the bottom of the noboribata are Buddhist Nyoihoju (Cintamani in Hindu) which are magic jewels that grant wishes & represent wisdom. Nyoihoju symbolize the importance of teaching and as well as the enlightened mind. The flames around the border of the Nyoihoju are symbolic of the burning away of false desires and ignorance, giving way to enlightenment.
