Wonderful Hand-Made Temple Jacket
Sometimes called Hanten or Uwagi.
All cotton, Home Spun, Hand Loomed
Cotton Indigo Body & Kakishibu Sleeves
Medium-Heavy Weight
Tsutsugaki hand dyed with vegetable dyes
Note kimono style sleeves.
Mid to Late 1900s
Very good condition, one small repair to the edge of the lapel. Some uneven dyeing on the kakishibu sleeves.
